Courtesy to Others

We wish for your experience at Salon Cabelo to be relaxing and enjoyable. To help us achieve this for all our guests please:

  • Arrive to your appointment on time.

• Set your  mobile phones  to silent and use headphones if you wish to listen to your phone.

• Come along to your appointment alone  (We do not have seating facilities for anyone without an appointment.

Under 13's Child Policy

For the comfort and relaxation of our guests and for the safety of your children, we have a no children, under the age of 13 years old policy in the salon.


Under 16's Hair Colouring Policy

Oxidative hair colorants are not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Therefore we are unable to carry out any coloring services on anyone under the age of 16.

Allergy Alert Testing

For all colour services an allergy alert test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to service.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you notify us of any amendments or cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is so we may have time to fill the appointment preventing the stylist losing out on revenue. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior, may result in charges and/or a deposit may be required for future appointments.  All no shows (non-attending without notification) will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Please be courteous to your stylist and other salon guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment there is a possibility that your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Deposits

For lengthy or group booking appointments a deposit may be required. 

Our Service Guarantee  

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon Cabelo. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We will be more than happy to perform any adjustments free of charge. Adjustments need to be carried out within one week of the original service and by the same stylist.


Please be aware that despite every effort, desired colour results are not always possible to achieve in one service. It is normal that occasionally adjustments need to be made following the original service. This is especially the case when having a colour change or colour correction. For this reason we do not offer any refunds on a service that is correctable. 


Product Return Policy

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Donated Vouchers/Gift Cards

Salon Cabelo are proud to support many local charities, schools and events. Donated gift cards and vouchers are redeemable against salon services only. They are not redeemable against products and have no cash value.
