Salon Apprentice
Full Time
(suitable for 16-19 year olds)
Get a great start to your career in hairdressing with our apprenticeship programme. No previous experience needed, just a strong interest in hair and a good work attitude.
Our salon apprentices are instrumental in the daily running of the salon. Duties include welcoming clients into the salon, shampooing hair, performing hair treatments with head, neck and shoulder massages, blow-drying hair, cleaning tasks, offering and making refreshments, and supporting our stylists and front of house team.
We offer comprehensive in-house training and endless opportunities to learn as you work. And the opportunity to fast-track your journey to a qualified, experienced, salon floor ready stylist!

Stylist Assistants
Full Time/Part time
(suitable for 19 years and over)
Enjoy working as a team and interested in the world of hair and beauty?
Our stylist and salon assistants are instrumental in the daily running of the salon. You'll be shadowing and aiding our stylists, to ensure a smooth running of the day. Duties include welcoming clients into the salon, shampooing hair, performing hair treatments with head, neck and shoulder massages, blow-drying hair, cleaning tasks, offering and making refreshments, and supporting our stylists and front of house team.
Previous salon experience would be an advantage but more importantly great communication and customer services are a must.

Senior Stylist
Full Time/Part Time
Salon Cabelo is looking for creative, motivated hair stylists/colourists to join our growing team.
We are proud to partner with Aveda – the pioneer of natural and sustainable beauty and haircare – and we offer full ongoing Aveda training, including colour conversion courses, product knowledge, and advanced technical courses to help you develop your skills at any level.
We provide great opportunities for growth and development, wherever you want your career in hair to take you, Salon Cabelo will be happy to support.
Must have at least two years post qualified salon experience and be technically confident in cutting, styling, and colouring.
