Services Unavailable to Book Online

We have a few services which are not available to book online, such as consultations, bridal hair and perming.  For any services not listed, please call the salon on 01252 620661, and our team will be happy to help you. 

Allergy Alert Test for Colour Services

All colouring services will require an allergy alert test at least 48 hours prior to service if you have not had your hair coloured with us in the last 12 months.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, such as needing to be seated downstairs, please make a note in the comments on your booking.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you notify us of any amendments or cancellations at least 48 hours before the appointment. This is so we may have time to fill the appointment, preventing the stylist from losing out on revenue. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior may result in charges and/or a deposit may be required for future appointments. All no-shows (non-attending without notification) will be charged.
